Postage & Delivery Info

Delivery

• We will gladly ship all over the world!
• Deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays
• A signature is required as proof of receipt of the goods
• Please supply a contact number when ordering, which can be forwarded to the Courier (if applicable)

• In certain circumstances, customs or other charges may be applied by the receiving country. This is out of our control, and the recipient will be fully liable for any charges incurred.
• You should specify a delivery address and contact number, where someone can sign for safe receipt of the items.
• You will receive an email confirmation of your order and another at dispatch informing you the goods are being sent.
• We endeavor to have your items sent within 5 working days.

VAT

Our products are subject to VAT and the prices shown on this site are inclusive of VAT.

Payment Methods

The total order cost will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time the order is made. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch and Solo. All card transactions are encrypted and conducted over secure servers. Please note that we are under no obligation to accept any order placed by you and we will not be treated as having accepted any such order until you have received confirmation from us that we have done so. This confirmation would be by e-mail.

Refund policy

In the unlikely event that we are not able to fulfil your order after payment, you will receive a full refund. If there is an error in fulfilment of your order, please contact us and we will correct the error or refund as necessary. We reserve the right to request return of print or gift items before a refund will be issued.
